Please make sure our servers are able to access your database. We use IP address 18.221.81.73 for all outbound requests

Follow instructions below to connect MySQL database:

1. Click plus button

2. Choose MySQL in drop-down list

3. Specify required credentials to connect the database

​4. If SSH is required, select the proper checkbox and fill in the credentials

5. If SSL is required, select the proper checkbox and fill in the credentials

6. After all needed info was filled, click Test Connection

​If credentials are correct, you will see this notification:
